Facilities Co-ordinator Based at: - Brook Green Hammersmith 1. Manage the following on-site contracted out elements: - ў Security ў Post Room ў Staff catering & vending ў Cleaning ў M & E maintenance 2. Manage meeting rooms ensuring they are fully prepared for the next booked meeting. E.g. layout, A*V requirement, etc. 3. Liaise with staff at clients other building near-by to ensure they are provided for. 4. Assist with churn requirements 5. Ensure Health & Safety statutory compliance 6. Manage Fire & Evacuation drills. 7. Liaise with utility providers. 8. Manage pool of mobile phones. 9. Manage stock of Personal Protective Equipment. 10. Assist with porterage for other departments as required. 11. Manage hiring & returning of equipment as necessary. 12. Manage CCTV & Sky Contracts. 13. Manage Stationary supply contract. 14. Be available for (rare) out of hours call outs. 15. Ensure the building is a comfortable working environment. Brief Job description: - Reporting to the Client, the Facilities Co-ordinator is responsible for the efficient and cost effective provision of Facilities services in the office, including maintenance, mail services, portering, catering, vending, room reservation, security, cleaning and meeting room support, moves and changes, health and safety compliance and security. The Facilities Co-ordinator will also provide information and assistance as necessary to the client and provide a monthly report. Job requirements: - ў 2-3 years facilities experience at a co-ordinator * supervisor. ў Should be qualified to City and Guilds or ONC in a building services related discipline and have the ability to communicate effectively with the client and other suppliers. ў Sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. ў I.T. literate Salary: - to Ј24k + Package
